Dev Diary
Happy Badger Studio is proud to be featured in “Dev Diary” Season 2, a documentary series dedicated to telling the personal stories of independent game developers, created by Forever an Astronaut.
Dev Diary Season 2 will follow Happy Badger Studio as they prepare for the release of their upcoming game, SmuggleCraft, which is currently in its final days of a Kickstarter campaign.
SmuggleCraft is a hovercraft racing game that features split-screen multiplayer, online play, and a quest based single player campaign with a branching narrative. SmuggleCraft gameplay harkens to the gut-wrenching speed of F-Zero while paying homage to the hostile and unforgiving nature of Star Wars’ podracing. The game will be releasing for the Playstation 4, PC, and Mac later this year on PSN and Steam.
The first season of Dev Diary, following the story of Butterscotch Shenanigans and their game Crashlands, was published by Devolver Digital. All six episodes are available for purchase for $7.99 on Steam, Vimeo, or VHX.
The release date for the second season of Dev Diary has yet to be announced.
