Protein vitamin fusion smoothie recipe

People who are looking to start their day with a bunch of fruit and vitamins, and are lazy will like this recipe. Like all of the staff at Slickster Magazine.  We never claimed that this smoothie recipe will cure a raging hangover, but at least it tastes good going down…. and again when you throw it back up. Drink half in the morning and half at lunch. Or pound the whole damn thing in your car.. we don’t care. Do whatever the hell you want.  It’s your breakfast, we’re just trying to help you start the day off right.

Smoothie Recipe

1 1/2 cups blueberry pomegranate juice

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

1/2 cup Original blue mountain yogurt

1 scoop of plain protein powder

Combine in the blender and blend for 60 seconds on the smoothie blend setting. Will make three cups. Do not add water or ice.

Total cost per smoothie: $4.oo per smoothie.
